New direct flights of Air Arabia to Osh
Air Arabia has started direct flights on a new route in February 2022, between Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates and Osh in Kyrgyzstan.
The first flight on this route started on February 20. Now, two flights are available in a week, departing from Sharjah every Friday and Sunday, while returning from Osh on Saturday and Monday.
These flights take off from Sharjah International Airport at 9:45 pm and reach Osh International Airport at 3:15 am. The return flights start from Osh at 4:25 am and reach Sharjah at 6:25 am.
Flight nos. G9 886 and G9 887 are available on this route. Airbus A320 is the aircraft used for these Air Arabia flights running between Sharjah and Osh.

Air Arabia introduced 43 new air routes to its global flight network during the first 9 months of 2021, which will run from its four hubs in the UAE, Egypt, and Morocco.

Air Arabia has achieved a net profit of $56.90 million (DH209 million) for only the short span of July – September 2021. This increase in profit is 575% compared to the profits for the same period in 2020 when all flights were canceled due to the heavy blow of the pandemic caused by Covid-19.
The profit increase was 174% during the second quarter of 2021, compared to the profit earned during the same period in 2020.
The flights of Air Arabia carried 1.9 million passengers during the third quarter of 2021, marking a turnover hike of 190% compared to the same span in 2020. The average seat load factor is calculated by the number of passengers traveling in a flight to the available seat number, which was 70 – 80% in 2021.
This airline posted a net profit of DH253 million during the total first 9 months of 2021, which is a 219% hike over the same term of the previous year.
